How it works for you
- Exclusive leads. Each homeowner request goes to one builder only. We don’t sell the same lead to 3 to 5 competitors.
- Your first 3 leads are free. See the quality before you pay anything.
- Simple pricing after that: $40 per lead, or $75 per pool lead. Invoiced, with no card on file and no upfront fee.
- No contract, no minimum. Pause, cap your leads or stop anytime.
- You choose your area and jobs. Tell us your ZIP codes, project types and how many leads a month you can handle.
What’s in a lead
The homeowner’s name, phone and/or email, ZIP code, project type, budget range, timeline, HOA status, notes and any photos they share. We only pass along homeowners who agreed to be contacted.
Bad-lead replacement
You get a free replacement lead if:
- the contact information is fake,
- the homeowner can’t be reached, or
- no appointment is booked within 7 days.
